All parcels are sorted in our new warehouse and carefully packed upon receipt of your order.
All orders received before 1pm are dispatched the same day on a 48 hour delivery service (EXCLUDES WEEKENDS). FREE OF CHARGE. Orders received after 1pm are sent the following day on a 48 hour service. Payment must be received before we can send the goods. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays. Collections by appointment only.

PLEASE NOTE: We guarantee to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on a 48 hour service but cannot guarantee delivery in that time frame as we are reliant on the courier whom we have no control over. We cannot be held responsible for time taken off work or builders etc booked for that day. we suggest you wait until receipt of your item before making any of these type of arrangements. We use DPD who are one of the largest in the world so 99% of deliveries are on time. All orders are sent either by our courier "DPD" or for smaller items, "ROYAL MAIL". DPD require a signature on delivery. If there is nobody at home during the week, then please consider supplying an alternative address, i.e. a neighbours or work address perhaps.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us informing you that your order has now been sent.

All items must be checked on delivery! We make sure all our parcels are well packaged and checked before they leave the stockroom. The outter packaging is labeled FRAGILE for maximum protection during transport. If upon delivery the box looks damaged or as if it might have been tampered with, you must refuse to accept it. What will happen is the courier will return the damaged item back to us (which is covered by our insurance) and we'll send you another one. We cannot be held responsible for damage claims after goods have been accepted.

If the courier tries to delivery and you are out, they will leave a card and also email you. You must contact them within 3 days to re-arrange delivery otherwise they will return the parcel to us and you will be charged £14.95 to cover the original delivery costs and the return.
